Guidelines for Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) for Licensed Premises

Guidelines for Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) for Licensed PremisesNew Zealand Police

Résumé: These guidelines have been developed by the Alcohol Advisory Council of New Zealand (ALAC) to establish and maintain a safe and secure environment in all licensed premises. The guidelines should assist those involved in the design, development and refurbishment of licensed premises, as well as those wishing to implement their principles in existing premises. While the best time to consider such issues is at an early stage in the design process, even at an advanced stage it can be possible to make minor changes which can make a positive impact.
